Our products have their own terms

These terms cover this website only. Using OmniAxis, Rackhand or any other product of ours is governed by that product’s own agreements, such as the OmniAxis terms and the Rackhand terms.

The website describes our company and products for general information. Nothing on it is an offer of securities, investment advice, or an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy any interest in OmniAxis Labs. Product descriptions and availability, including dates for products marked “coming soon”, can change without notice.

OmniAxis, Rackhand, OmniAxis Crosswalk and OmniAxis Labs, and their logos, are trademarks of OmniAxis Labs. You may view the website and share links to it. Acceptable use

Do not use the website unlawfully, try to gain unauthorized access to it or its systems, interfere with its operation, or collect its content by automated means beyond what ordinary search engine indexing does.

The website links to services we do not control, such as LinkedIn. We are not responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from them or the website will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association, before a single arbitrator, in English, seated in Sheridan, Wyoming. Either party may seek an injunction or other urgent relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.

We may update these terms by posting a new version here with a new date. The version on this page when you use the website applies.
