Who we are
This website, omniaxislabs.com, is run by OmniAxis Labs LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (filing ID 2026-002120754), 30 N Gould St #70781, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States (“OmniAxis Labs”, “we”, “us”). We are the controller of the personal information described here.
This policy covers this website only. Our products have their own privacy policies: OmniAxis and Rackhand.
What we collect
The website has no forms, no accounts, no analytics and no advertising. We collect:
- Technical request data. When your browser loads a page, our hosting provider receives your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. It is used to deliver the site, keep it secure and diagnose faults.
- What you send us. If you email us, we receive your address and your message.
- Meeting bookings. “Book a walkthrough” opens the OmniAxis booking page on omniaxis.ai. If you book, we receive the details you give there, and they are handled under the OmniAxis privacy policy.
We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not use it for automated decisions with legal or similar effects.
Why we use it, and our legal basis
- To run and secure the website: our legitimate interest in providing a working, safe site.
- To answer your message or hold the meeting you booked: steps you asked us to take, and our legitimate interest in replying.
- To meet legal obligations, where they apply.
Who receives it
We use carefully chosen service providers that process data on our behalf and under contract, in these categories: website hosting and delivery, business email, and meeting scheduling (only if you choose to book). They may use the data only to provide their service to us. We do not publish the names of our infrastructure providers, for security reasons; you can ask us for details by email.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
International transfers
We are based in the United States, and our service providers process data in the United States. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, your data is transferred to the United States under the safeguards our providers offer, such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Request logs are kept for a short period and then deleted. Emails and booking details are kept for as long as the conversation or relationship needs them, and then deleted unless the law requires us to keep them longer.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict how we use it, to receive a copy in a portable format, and to withdraw consent you have given. California residents have the right to know, delete and correct, and to not be discriminated against for using these rights. To use any of them, email privacy@omniaxis.ai. We will answer within the time the law allows, usually 30 days, and may need to confirm your identity first.
If you are in the EEA or the UK, you may also complain to your local data protection authority. If you are in Australia, you may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner. We would welcome the chance to resolve it with you first.
Cookies

Children
This website is for businesses and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Security
The site is served only over HTTPS. We limit access to the information we hold to the people who need it. To report a security issue, email security@omniaxis.ai.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update this page and the date at the top. Significant changes will be clearly marked.
